Our Models are sculpted from engineering drawings by master craftsmen, carved from the highest quality kiln-dried Philippine Mahogany. Entirely handcrafted - hand carved and shaped, with several stages of sanding and priming. The models are then hand-painted by talented artisans, using details from researched reference material, to duplicate the actual colors, markings, nose-art, and serial numbers of selected historical aircraft. The models are then finished off with several coats of clear lacquer, making each model a true work of art! Each model comes with a stained mahogany desk/table stand.
